These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BullBets mobile app and thebullbets.com (together, the "Service"), operated by BullBets LLC ("BullBets," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
BullBets provides hand-picked stock and options trade ideas on US exchanges, each with an entry range, target, and stop.
Not Investment Advice
BullBets provides information for educational and informational purposes only. BullBets is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and nothing in the Service constitutes personalized investment advice or a recommendation that any particular security or strategy is suitable for you. BullBets does not execute trades; all trading decisions and their execution happen in your own brokerage account, and you are solely responsible for them.
Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance of any idea or strategy is not indicative of future results.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information.
Electronic Communications
Using the Service or sending us emails constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive electronic communications from us, and you agree that any agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer your account to another person. We are not responsible for third-party access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.
Signing In with Apple or Google
If you sign in using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, those providers authenticate your identity and share only the information described in our Privacy Policy. Connecting one of these sign-in methods does not share your BullBets activity with Apple or Google, or with any other party, beyond what's needed to confirm who you are.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with no payment method required. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription (BullBets Premium Monthly or BullBets Premium Annual).
On iOS, subscriptions are auto-renewable in-app purchases billed through your Apple Account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Apple's own refund policies apply to any refund request. BullBets cannot itself cancel, refund, or modify a subscription billed through Apple.
Where we offer subscriptions billed directly by us (for example, on the web), you may cancel a monthly subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period with no partial refund for that period; annual subscriptions may not be cancelled before their expiration date.
Children Under Thirteen
BullBets does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian's permission.
Links to Third-Party Sites and Services
The Service may link to third-party websites ("Linked Sites"). Linked Sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content. Including a link does not imply our endorsement of the linked site or its operators.
Some features of the Service are delivered by third-party providers (for example, Apple, Google, and our email and hosting providers). By using those features, you consent to the sharing of the related information with those providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property
You're granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, and not to use it in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of it. You may not attempt to obtain any content or information through means not intentionally made available through the Service.
All content included in the Service — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of BullBets or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service's content without our express written permission.
International Users
The Service is currently offered only to users located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws, and you agree not to use the Service in any country or manner prohibited by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BullBets, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party or applicable law.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator through the American Arbitration Association (or a similar service agreed upon by the parties), at a location mutually agreed upon. The arbitrator's award is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The prevailing party in any such proceeding is entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys' fees. This arbitration provision survives termination of these Terms.
Class Action Waiver
Arbitration under these Terms takes place on an individual basis only; class, collective, and representative arbitrations or actions are not permitted. Unless both you and BullBets agree otherwise, an arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY INFORMATION, TRADE IDEAS, OR OTHER CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BULLBETS MAKES NO REPRESENTATION ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULLBETS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF BULLBETS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE.
Termination
We may terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time, without notice, at our discretion. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California for any dispute not subject to the arbitration provision above.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full effect, with the invalid provision replaced by one that most closely reflects its original intent. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BullBets regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the subject.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will supersede all previous versions, and we encourage you to review them periodically.
